Gary talks about his research

Gary Bradshaw gave a talk at the annual Dublin Chemistry 3rd Yr PhD talks yesterday. Gary was one of more than 30 PhD students from UCD and TCD who gave talks about their research at the event. The event was sponsored by Eli Lilly. Gary did a really good job – Well done Gary!

Welcome Imlirenla and Catalina!

We welcome Imlirenla and Catalina to the group. Imlirenla (pictured) is currently pursuing a masters in UCD and is carrying out a research project in the area of organocatalysis in the group this summer. Catalina has just finished her 3rd year in the BSc programme at UCD and is carrying out a summer research project in the group in the area of heterocycle synthesis.
