Sofia Papadouli successfully completed her viva voce examination on her PhD thesis yesterday. Her thesis concerning the synthesis of novel phosphorus ligands was jointly supervised by Eoghan and Prof Paul Pringle, and was funded by the EPSRC Bristol CDT for Chemical Synthesis. Sofia has taken up a job at CatSci. During her PhD, Sofia won several prizes for presentations and made some interesting discoveries that will be the subject of future publications. Congratulations Sofia and thank you for your hard work!
